Jewish identity is very diverse, but all Jews enjoy celebrating in the same way: food. We've been scattered around the globe enough times to have tasted and perfected all types of flavors, and that's reason enough to celebrate.

This is not a tour but a culinary experience in which you will travel with your tastebuds: it is a meal at an authentic Spanish home in the heart of Madrid, in which you will sample the flavors of Spain, from north to south and from east to west, discovering how much Jewish tradition and Spanish geography have influenced each other. This is cultural diffusion with flavor perfection!
